Each city is staffed on its own — pick and choose freely. The owner opens it; the 2nd slot is the backup (Mary or You) who covers lunches & breaks.
3 · Day detail & coverage check
Hour-by-hour proof that each city is covered. Green = 2+ people. Amber = single coverage (backup on call). Red = nobody — fix it.
4 · Team access — who can edit
Manager = full access to build & change the schedule (a sub-manager, like you). Member = sees only their own week. Only you (the owner) can change this.
